Name of the Abkhazian «border guard» that killed Georgian citizen revealed

According to the Prosecutor the Interior Ministry is investigating the case. ‘The decision will be made in the nearest days and the society will be informed,’ said Irakli Shotadze and offered his condolences to the deceased’s family.
Citizen of Georgia Giga Otkhozoria was killed at Khurcha-Nabakevi border, on the territory controlled by Georgia by an Abkhazian ‘border guard’.
