The Ankhaltsikhe Municipality , Georgia recently hosted a meeting of the “committee on municipal property management, natural resources, and agrarian issues”. The panel of meetings prioritized six matters and held a discussion on them.
This committee meeting was chaired by the chairman of the city council, David Lomidze, the first deputy chairman of the city assembly, David Tabatadze, and Deputy chairman Saba Kbilashvili.
The first agenda on which in-depth discussions were held includes the generation of consent to transfer real estate, which the Ankhaltsikhe Municipality Council owns. This part of the real estate will be transferred to the Tskruit School.
Similarly, another issue that was discussed was the approval of proper privatization facilities. Approval proposal for the privatization plan of properties owned by the Ankhaltsikhe Municipality Council was also discussed.
Attendees of the meeting also hold the discussion session on the right to use, purchase, lease, or facility of the electronic auction of the real estate which has its ownership with the Ankhaltsikhe Municipality Council(b. Jackfruit Creek).
One of the many important issues which drew the great attention of all the attendees of the meeting included the above-mentioned rights of the purchase use, lease, and electronic auction of real estate owned by Ankhaltsikhe Municipality Council (P. Natenadze City).
The last sixth agenda was giving consent to the deposition of real estate of the council by way of purchase, lease, and electronic auction.
Many other important topics were also mentioned in the meeting. These topics are related to providing world-class facilities to the citizens.
Making the working of the Ankhaltsikhe Municipality Council more transparent was given special attention also.
On the occasion, the above-mentioned and discussed issues were supported by Giorgi Tedoradze, head of the economy services of the Ankhaltsikhe Municipality City Hall. he also introduced the relevant and future projects of the municipality to members of the parliament.
