Adigeni: Meeting held of members of “mother club”

The first meeting with the “Mothers Club” members was held in Adigeni City, Georgia. In this meeting the members discussed a number of issues ranging from motherhood to immunisation.

The Health service in Daba Adigeni organised this meeting. Moreover this informative meeting involved the mothers living in the municipality.

Many issues got the attention of the attendees during the meeting including focusing on the immunisation process, infections, and diseases. Club members received comprehensive answers on topical issues from healthcare professionals. The present Health professionals included a paediatrician, a family doctor, and an epidemiologist.

The official also said that meetings like this will be held intensively, and doctors of different backgrounds working in the health sector will also provide club members with interesting and necessary information in the future.

It is to be specifically mentioned that the main goal of creating “Mothers Club” is to provide them with information and comprehensive answers to current issues and to include them in their activities.

The members discussed the problems faced by pregnant women and other challenges faced by them during motherhood. Mothers also got information about infection diseases and steps for prevention.

The health care professional is also aware of the young mother taking care of their newborn, as it requires the utmost care and precaution. Mothers were also advised to go to the medical facilities for regular checkups so that any complications can be prevented at an early stage.

The “Mothers Club” under the City Hall was created by the Health Service organization. In it the mothers living in the municipality’s villages had the opportunity to come together on a single platform. At the end the attendees shared their impressions with each other.

The Adigeni municipality also shared this information on their social media handle and shared the information about this development. The social media user shared lauds the efforts of the administration in this regard as well.
