The top officials from US diplomacy have accused the Russian commanders of using devices to kill the Ukrainian civilians as well as destroying the energy facilities that Ukrainians rely upon for electricity, heat and water.

Canada and the United States will keep working with our allies and partners to expose, to deter, and to counter Iran’s provision of these weapons,” stated Blinken.

In recent weeks, Russia has continuously attacked the civil infrastructure, making survival difficult as the winters approach. The western nations have blamed Iran for supplying its indigenous drones to Russia as well as the Iranian military experts are on the ground in Russian-annexed Crimea to provide the pilots with technical assistance.

Ukraine has identified the drones that Russia used to attack its infrastructure, which happened to be the Shahed -136 drones, known as kamikaze drones. Ukraine has claimed the use of 400 drones by Russia from a total order of 2000 weapons.

The Foreign Minister of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, on Wednesday, refuted all such accusations, calling them to baseless. Further, he asked Ukraine to present if they have any real evidence to support their blame on Iran.’

“If it becomes clear to us that Russia has used Iranian drones in the war against Ukraine, we will definitely not be indifferent about this issue,” he added.
