HNWI’s worldwide preferring Saint Lucia CIP: Mc Claude Emmanuel

Castries, Saint Lucia: The CEO of the Citizenship by Investment Unit of Saint Lucia, Mc Claude Emmanuel, in a recent interview with the Founder and the Managing Director of Citizenship Bay, Zaid Aldayriyeh, highlighted the rising popularity of the Citizenship by Investment Programme(CIP) of Saint Lucia amongst the High net worth Individuals. Emmanuel reiterated that Saint Lucia is emerging as the most promising Citizenship programme, despite being a newcomer in the industry, i.e. in 2016.

As the CEO of the Citizenship by Investment unit noted, the Programme has accomplished itself over the strong foundation of its robust Due Diligence. The stringent, multi-layered Due Diligence checks conducted over each and every applicant have contributed to the enhanced prestige of the Programme amongst high-net-worth individuals.

The country ensures, through third-party independent international firms as well as domestic agencies, that Citizenship is bestowed to only credible, honest and legitimate investors. Additionally, it ensures that the invested resources originate from legal means only.

Emmanuel presented the favourable aspects of the country for the investors who seek to establish their business in sectors such as manufacturing, the agro-based industry as well business outsourcing. He also emphasized the availability of the skilled workforce and an inducive business environment that is favourable for the growth of any sector.

Adding further, he stated that the Saint Lucian Citizenship policies provide the investors with adequate ease of doing business, economic freedom and transparency.
Undoubtedly, Saint Lucia is growing at a tremendous pace, while keeping an edge over the other Citizenship by Investment Programmes.

Notably, investors from Asia and Middle East have shown a keen inclination towards the Saint Lucian Citizenship by Investment Programme, considering the prospects of growth in Saint Lucia.

As CEO Emmanuel noted, investors from North America, as well as Europe, have also been demanding Saint Lucian citizenship. At the same time, the movement from China is also anticipated as the Covid mandates loosen.

The Citizenship by Investment Unit of Saint Lucia is taking multiple strides of growth, with efforts to further enhance the reliability of the Programme and gain the trust of the High net worth individuals worldwide.
