Rustavi, Georgia: The Georgian government decided to increase the budget of Rustavi by 65.5 percent. In a way, the Georgian Government has allowed Rustavi to carry out even more large-scale infrastructure projects.
The mayor of Rustavi, Nino Latsabidze met with the representatives of the municipality and the local people and discussed with them the infrastructure projects in Rustavi in 2025. She asserted, ” We continue to develop internal speaking spaces in Rustavi.”

According to the Rustavi mayor, one of the priorities of infrastructure projects in Rustavi in 2025 will be the construction of new road infrastructure and the rehabilitation of courtyards. Road and drainage infrastructure will be renewed in the district named after Giorgi Chkondideli.
According to the information shared by the mayor, there has been a huge demand for better infrastructure from the residents of Rustavi for years. So government is launching a project this year that will see the complete rehabilitation of internal roads across 11 residential buildings.
At the Georgian Parliament, the mayor presented the project to the population with Irakli Shatakishvili, a representative from Rustavi.
“A new drainage network and asphalt-concrete pavement will be installed in the courtyards of eleven residential buildings on Javakhishvili, Giorgadze, and Graneli streets,” Nino Latsabidze said. Curbs and sidewalks are also taken into account.
The company doing the work will be revealed through an electronic tender that has already been announced. From the state budget, one million GEL was set out for employment.
It should also be noted that infrastructure projects of 74 912 000 GEL are currently scheduled for implementation in Rustavi. In 2025, a portion of the projects will be finished.
