Georgia: The Special Investigation Service (SIS) of Georgia has revealed 11 facts about private life secrets and forcing sexual behavior. The service arrested the accused man.
The investigation found that the accused has been posting statements falsely indicating that he is a photographer on the Internet for years, including in various groups on the social network Facebook, inviting girls to photo shoots in specially selected apartments to advertise women’s lingerie.
In addition to this, in exchange for appropriate remuneration, he would also hire ladies for the vacancy of nanny/caregiver and massage therapist in the apartment; he introduced interested persons in fictional characters, including Nukri Jyoshvili and Ivane Jayan, after which he communicated with them and tried to gain the trust.
The accused man, with the victims, was taken to the apartment by deception. He was organizing a trial photo session in which way he could obtain a photo-video file of the intimate content of the victims. Following the photo session, the accused tried to continue communicating with those women and, on some occasions, threatened to spread intimate photos that conceal secrets of her personal life, forcing him to establish a sexual relationship.
The accused also threw an unidentified substance into the drinks of the victims and made sexual contact with the helpless victims. At the same time, he secretly and illegally recorded a video of sexual intercourse with the victims.
The Special Investigation Service (SIS) has arrested the accused, based on a court order, for blackmailing a 19-year-old girl with her private life footage on March 22, 2024. The defendant’s raid has seized more than 5,000 photographs and videos of intimate content of about 200 women, including secretly taken video footage the defendant had illegally obtained for years.
At this stage, as a result of electronic information in computer devices studied by the investigation, including photo/video material, correspondences between the accused and the victims, and other investigations conducted, 11 victims were identified based on the evidence obtained by the Georgian Prosecutor’s Office, the man was charged. The secret of life is to be held, as well as other acts of sexual character. He was presented in 11 episodes of compulsion.
The charge was presented under the first part of Article 157 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The crime involves imprisonment of up to 7 years.
The Special Investigation Service continues to investigate the case, which will ensure that all victims’ cases are examined and their rights are protected.
