In the Khashuri Municipality a new house of justice was opened recently. The Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze attended the opening ceremony of the new justice house as well.
It is worth mentioning that access to public and private sector services is increasing even more with the opening of new justice houses across many parts of the country.
To keep the initiative continue another new branch of the House of Justice was opened in Khashuri, which will provide up to 500 services to the local population in a modern and comfortable environment. Moreover the couples wishing to get married can plan a solemn ceremony here in a specially arranged ritual space.
State Envoy of the Shida Karli region Levan Kharabadze was also present. He addressed the participants and said that this would provide easy access to the area’s people. It is worth mentioning that the new branch of Justice House is equipped with the latest equipment and modern inventory. It is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. About 20 local people are employed here.
Further information states that the availability of state services is a priority of the Ministry of Justice which is ensured by 121 houses of justice throughout Georgia. This innovative project serves Georgians living far from regional centers.
The innovative project is being implemented under the name of “Mobile Justice House” in 90 villages throughout the country. More than 20 thousand users use their services daily. 9 Justice Houses function directly in Shida Kartli, and the Mobile Justice House covers 5 villages in the region.
On the other hand, according to the ministry’s plan this year, 10 more justice houses will be opened in Terjola, Akhmeta, Sagarejo, Khelvachauri, Tbilisi, Gldani, Chala, Zot, Toli, Shrosha, and Tsaisi.
The opening of the Khashuri House of Justice was also attended by Deputy Ministers of Justice, heads of local authorities representatives of local authorities and invited guests. The invited guests expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Justice for their noble work as well.
