Georgia: The two commission meetings, held in the meeting hall of Borjomi Municipality, were graced by the presence of David Zaalishvili, Chairman of the representative body. His attendance added a sense of authority and reassurance to the proceedings.
At the meeting of the Legal Issues Commission, chaired by the knowledgeable Maka Manjavidze, a comprehensive discussion was held on the following issues:
- “About the approval of a person registered in Borjomi Municipality or with a permanent living permit in Georgia, designated as a residence in the permit, Borjomi Municipality Social Assistance Program for 2024, and the adoption of the rule of issuance.”
- Regarding the amendments to Resolution No 43 of December 22, 2023, of the Borjomi Municipality City Council,
- About the change of name for the geographical object (street) located in Daba Akhaldaba
At the meeting of the Financial-Budget, Economy, and Property Management Commission, led by Elza Kuchukhidze, the following issues were discussed:
- About the six-month execution of the Borjomi Municipality’s budget for 2024.
- “About the approval of the privatization draft of properties owned by Borjomi Municipality and the privatization plan.” The amendments to provision No.20 of February 20, 2015, of Borjomi Municipality City Council.
- “About the distribution of money in villages and villages of Borjomi Municipality within the framework of the Village Support Program.”
- About making changes in the disposal of Borjomi Municipal Council on March 26, 2024.
- “About the amendments to the provision of a project proposal to be financed from the project fund implemented in the regions of Georgia to Borjomi Municipality in the year 2024-2025” of Borjomi Municipality Council on October 27, 2023.
- Report of the Supervision Service on Infrastructure and Construction of Borjomi Municipality Hall on the completed and ongoing projects 2024.
