The head of government was present at the show, along with the Speaker of the Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, the Mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze, the members of the Cabinet of Ministers, and representatives of the legislative and local governments.

In the show, Racha-Lechkhum-Svaneti Majoritarian MP Gocha Enukidze, State Commissioner Papuna Margvelidze, Deputies of Trustees Kristina Kobakhidze, Aluda Tutisan, Berdia Chanxeliani, Mayor of Oni Municipality Sergi Khidesheli, Deputy Mayor Levan Sherazadishvili, and Chairman of the City Council Bachana Markoishvili were all present. Each of them played a crucial role in the event, from providing support to the families of the victims to discussing the future plans for the site of the tragedy.

The Prime Minister spoke to the family members and relatives of those who died as a result of the tragedy that happened a year ago and once again expressed condolences to them.

“Exactly one year has passed since the Shaw tragedy. We all remember the hardest days that we all had, but the hardest, of course, was the emergency. Once again, I would like to send my condolences to them. It was a great tragedy that shook the entire country, and our duty today is to give maximum attention and compassion. Among them are specific requests related to the arrangement of the territory, which is important for the emergency authorities, and everything will be done to fulfill all the requests,” the Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said.

Bishop Vakhtang from Nikortsminda, together with the clergy, paid a memorial service to the victims of the tragedy and blessed the foundation of the temple named after 13 Assyrian fathers. A memorial to the victims of the disaster will be erected in the show.
