Georgia: The International Scientific Conference – “Modern Challenges of International Relations, International Law and Media” – was held at the Caucasus International University on March 12-13, 2026. More than 100 Georgian and foreign researchers reportedly attended the event, which was held in a hybrid format for two days.
The Caucasus International University (CIU) shared the glimpses of the conference on its official Facebook Page on March 13, 2026, Friday. The University also shared a small note about the meeting along with its glimpses.
At the opening of the conference, representatives of the academic sphere and public sector addressed the participants, and after the official event, work continued on the following thematic sections: international relations and modern political processes; international security of the 21st century; international law; media.
During the day, representatives/professors of the co-organizing universities and academic centers met Kakhaber Kordzaya, Rector of the Caucasus International University. The parties positively assessed the high academic involvement and scientific quality of the conference, and expressed their readiness for fruitful future cooperation.
The International Scientific Conference aims to provide scientific analysis of challenges in international relations, law, and media, and find ways to respond to them. At the same time, it aims to establish close academic contacts between universities and researchers, experience sharing, and a solid platform for future joint projects.
Participated in the preparation of the forum: Faculty of Social and Humanities of the International Caucasus University, Faculty of Law, Department of Eurasian Spatial Studies of the University of Igelonia (Poland), Joseph Golukhowski University of Applied Sciences (Poland), Belsstock University (Poland), Alfarabi National University of Kazakhstan (Kazakhstan) ) and the Center for Analysis of Strategic Policy and International Relations.
