Bolnisi Municipality, Georgia: The First Deputy Mayor of Bolnisi Municipality, Alexander Zabakhidze, met with the representatives of the United Water Supply Company of Georgia and the “Invest Group” company in the village of Tandzia and discussed the process of joining the new water supply network for the people of the village of Tadzia.
The Bolnisi Municipality City Hall of Georgia shared the glimpses of the meeting on its Official Facebook Page on May 6, 2026, Thursday. The City Hall also shared a small note about the meeting along with its glimpses.
In the village of Tandzia, the water supply system construction project has been completed. Within the project, a 300 m3 reservoir and a sanatorium with modern standards were built. A water supply network of about 15,000 meters long and a highway pipe was also installed.
In one part of the village, the old network has been functioning until now. Starting today, for 10 days, the old network will be phased out to test the process of connecting subscribers to the central network. In case of possible malfunctions that arise during the network testing period, the contractor company is committed to ensuring that they are resolved promptly. Once testing is completed, the new power grid will be commissioned, providing residents with stable and high-quality water.
As Alexander Zabakhidze noted at the meeting, protecting the interests of each citizen and providing their needs promptly is the most important priority for the municipality. That is why when implementing such infrastructural projects, special attention is given to both the quality of work and safe and stable service to the population.
