The presentation of the book “Digital Governance and Law Technologies” by the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Zviad Gabisonia, was held at Ivane Javakhishvili State University.
The Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia shared the glimpses of the presentation event on its official Facebook Page on May 30, 2026, Saturday. The Georgian Education Ministry also shared a small note about the event along with its glimpses.
Zviad Gabisonia introduced the contents of the book to the public and talked about the main aspects of digital governance and legal technologies that are mentioned in the book.
Georgian Minister of Education, Science and Youth Givi Mikanadze, Georgian Minister of Justice Paata Salia, and Georgian Minister of State for Reconciliation and Civil Equality took part in the book presentation.
Jaba Samushia, the rector of Tbilisi State University, also addressed the attending society. The manual deals with digital governance and legal technologies regulation, internal state legislation of individual countries, and framework documents.
The issue pays special attention to the regulations of the European Union and international legal acts of artificial intelligence, as well as the changes that are necessary for Georgian legislation to ratify the artificial intelligence convention and implement it in justice and education systems.
The manual also contains recommendations for the Georgian government on technology support for implementing artificial intelligence and digital governance.
Law PhD and TSU professor Zviad Gabisonia’s new edition will be a practical guide for academia, students, higher education institutions, public sector officials, and education and justice systems.
The presentation of the book was also attended by members of the Georgian Parliament, representatives of state agencies, academic circles and universities, students, and other guests.
