Kutaisi: A city-based community organization “Volunteer” has invited volunteers to participate in various activities. The “Volunteer” will organize these activities on the occasion of World Population Day which falls in July 11.
The “volunteer” took to social media handles to provide the information. As per the Facebook post of the organization the activities will include screening, discussing films, and debates. the exhibition, training cum peer education training, etc.
At the same time it will also include writing blogs/articles and creating multimedia works( like photo portraits, photo stories, or video clips). There will also be an informational campaign by the Volunteer to mark World Population Day. The representative of the organization also urged the people to become contemporary volunteers.
It is also worth mentioning that the civil organization “Volunteer” is the only volunteer-based digital platform in the country where any interested person can volunteer and support different activities.
The organisation’s official Facebook page also has a link to join the platform. Interested people can share their stories by registering on these link addresses. It should be added that all the proposed activities will be based on the topic of population. The discussion activities will discuss how the population can be turned into an asset from liability for a country.
The participants will also have to present their own experiences with these activities. They can explain their ideas on how the population of any country is not always a burden; rather it can make the country more developed, provided the people are given the best education and other facilities to explore their talent in different fields of life.
It is worth noting that the organization ” Volunteer” used to hold a number of activities with the involvement of volunteers who joined the movement to bring social change in the country as well. The organization has taken many steps in the past to elevate the country’s education infrastructure to a new level by holding a number of activities.
