The administration of the Akhaltsikhe municipality has organized a seminar for staff members of the kindergarten located in the municipality. The participants were provided training on the different aspects related to the children’s education and teaching technique.
The purpose of the training was also to make efforts for inclusive education so that the maximum number of people can benefit from the facilities of the education sectors. Â It is worth mentioning that the training was conducted by the director of the neurobalancing center, psychologist, inclusive education specialist, and early development therapist Kristine Sakandelidze, together with speech and physical therapists of the center.
On this occasion the attendees discussed inclusive education, child development stages, positive parenting, stages and types of play, sensory integration, and speech and speech difficulties. Thematic “workshops” were also held on the sidelines of the seminar to discuss the associated issues about inclusive education.
The experts from the neurobalancing center also added that in the present world of competition students may face issues that need immediate attention from teachers, parents, and members of society. The children should not be pressured as they already have to face many difficult challenges in their academic life already.
Moreover  any unnecessary pressure on the students can make them insecure and have bad effects on their mental health. The attendees were also given tips about positive parenting so that they could provide better nourishment to their children.  On occasion  the teachers present from different kindergartens were advised to adopt a child-friendly approach so that the children could learn without any pressure.
A significant number of the Kindergarten staff were present on the occasion. The trainer also presented and demonstrated at the event to help the teachers better understand the topics and perfect the implementation of the steps.  The training seminar which helped overcome problems in kindergartens  was held with the joint cooperation of the Neurobalancing Center  the State Rmunebuli Administration, and the Akhaltsikhe Municipality Mayor’s Office.
