Ascot Design, an architectural firm promising timeless experiences through their designs, might face a lawsuit from three companies alleging unprofessional conduct and lack of capabilities. The potential lawsuit claims a stark contrast between its promises and delivery, accusing the firm of defrauding numerous companies with false promises and inadequate capacity.
The firm has faced numerous allegations with claims that it has consistently failed to complete projects and overcharged clients, resulting in significant financial losses for clients. Due to this, clients and companies have shown frustration and questioned the fraudulent practices of the firm in the name of architecture.
The whistleblower revealed that Ascot Design’s lack of professionalism has sparked allegations and damaged its reputation. According to the whistleblower, the firm would take on projects, provide initial designs to clients and charge lump sum amount of money. However, when it came time to complete and hand over the projects, they failed to deliver their promises, causing significant problems and financial losses to the clients.
Due to this, a lawsuit might be filed against them as people expressed their frustration over the unprofessional conduct and failed deliveries. The whistleblower claimed that the firm has also been facing the possibility of shutting down because of their fraudulent practices and failed promises.
In addition to these issues, the firm’s lack of professionalism and poor work ethics have also led to frustration among its staff. Designers and architects frequently leave their jobs and companies fail to retain their staff for the long run. Due to this, the firm lacks capable staff and enhanced designers who can provide timeless touch to the projects that are promised by the firm during their promises.
Consequently, ongoing projects suffer damage and delays as designers abandon them midway. The firm’s poor work ethics and inadequate capacity have frustrated the staff, resulting in project losses and client dissatisfaction. However, the consequences are being faced by clients as they are forced to pay more for their projects, which is quite problematic for them.
Warren Joseph, Founder and Creative Director of Ascot Design has also been labelled a conman due to his alleged fraudulent practices. According to whistleblower, he has allegedly taken advantage of clients, prioritizing personal financial gain over project delivery. This behaviour has also damaged the firm’s reputation and outlined its lack of professionalism. As a result, the firm is now on the verge of shutting down as they have lost trust among their potential clients.
