Tbilisi: The government authorities have shifted 40 protestors to the medical centre. The protesters have been holding rallies at Rustaveli Avenue.
It is worth to mention that on November 30 teams from the Centre for Coordination of Emergency Situations and Emergency Assistance transported 44 people to medical facilities from a protest rally held on Rustaveli Avenue.
At the same time it is to be noted that out of total protesters there were 27 participants in the rally. Notably these 44 protesters also include one   media representative and 16 other who have been detained by the representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The officials of the internal affairs ministry have added that, the lives of the injured are not in danger. Some of them have left medical institutions, while others remain in the clinic under the supervision of doctors.
Since day first of protests different agencies have been monitoring the protests. The teams from the Centre for Coordination of Emergency Situations and Emergency Assistance were mobilized in the area surrounding the protest rally. Dozens of citizens, including representatives of the media and law enforcement agencies were provided with medical assistance on the spot, who did not require hospitalization.
The above data includes only the number of people hospitalized by the Emergency Coordination and Emergency Care Centre. Internal affairs ministry also underlined that nobody will be allowed to take law into hand.
The officials of the prosecutor office days ago have advised protestors should follow all direction and instruction. Notably some months ago protests take place in capital city. The protester was demanding the repeal of foreign agent’s law.
The Georgian police and other enforcement agencies have taken strict action against protesters. The police crackdown was criticised by many countries including United States of America.
The USA and some European Countries have called to review their relationship with Georgia after police crackdown against protesters. The European Union have granted action status of candidate country to Georgia.
The European Union members have also advised Georgia to uplift democratic values for its smooth integration into European Union as well.
