The startup club of the Caucasus University organised a meeting of Tornike Tsiramua. He is the Co-founder and Director of Georgian Startup, namely “Biliki”.A meeting was organised to highlight the success story of Biliki and the startup Ecosystem of the country.
It is specifically to mentioned that the startup “Biliki” is an English-speaking and personalised tourist mobile guide. Tourists with the use of this mobile can get information on different things. These things include adventure, eco, bike, city locations, shopping centres, and pilgrimage places, along with the latest updates on off-roading and cultural tours of Georgia.
This meeting was held during Global Entrepreneurship Week. It is worth mentioning that Global Entrepreneurship Week is one of the largest projects at the international level. The main objective of this project is to promote entrepreneurship and new startups in Georgia.
It is noteworthy that every year under this global entrepreneurship project, more than 30,000 events are held in more than 170 countries of the world. The organisation of this project in different countries saw the participation of more than 15 million people so far.
The Co-founder of the Biliki receiverd a warm welcome on his arrival at the university campus. During his speech to students and another attendee of the meeting, Tornike shared every detail of his successful journey from the initial stage.
He also thanked all those people who helped him in his journey with any kind of support.
Many girls and boys students of the university listen to the views of guest speakers with full attention. They also asked the question about the challenges of the startups in the intial phase.
Many students also asked the co-founder to give tips to start any new startups in Georgia.
Biliki, the co-founder, said that the business environment is very conducive for new startups in the country. He also encouraged the youngster to enter the corporate world as an entrepreneur and make the name of Georgia Famous in the world.
He also gave many examples of successful businessmen and entrepreneurs to motivate university students to explore opportunities in the interconnected world.
In the present era of technology world also become a global village. Moreover, with the advancement of policies of liberalisation and privatisation concept of the open market is dominating the world. This concept of an open market is also seen as a new opportunity for aspiring startups.
