Zeinab Botsvadze studied at the acting faculty of Shota Rustaveli State Theater Institute from 1962 to 1968. Shota was an actor at Rustaveli Theater from 1968 until his death.

One of the roles he played is Mela (G. Nkhutsrishvili’s “Chinchraka”), Molly (b. Brecht’s “collective opera”), Maya (v. Rozov’s “before dinner”), Ira (g. Kavtaradze, R. Sturua’s “accused”), Marquiza Torinen (Molieri’s “fascinated meek”), Queen, Country girl, Goat, Weeping (Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani’s “wisdom-lies”), Agrafina Danelia, Guliko (n. Dumbadze’s “Sunny Night”), Elene (n. Asian’s “last masquerade”), Helen (e. Labish’s “Chali Hat”), print (a. Sulakauri’s “Salamura”), listen (j. “Antigone”), Magdalena (f. Garcia Lorca’s “Bernarda Alba’s House”), Lady Capulet (Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet”), Angelina (al. Chkhaidze’s “Free topic”), Opelia, Elo (T. Chiladze’s “Role for a beginner actress”), Neli (n. Tsuleiskiri, G. Gegechkori’s “old bell tower”), Mayor (L. Tabukashvili’s “Mimino”), Vera Darsadze (d. Turashvili’s “Dialogues for a two-action play”).

Fourteen years old appeared on the screen in the movie “Flower on Snow” (1959). She played the first leading role in the telenovela “Fast Train” (1960). The following faces were created in the movies: Fundu (“Treasure”), Tsira (“Omar Jokhadze” – TV), Fati (“Lake of Paliastom”), Lela (“Under One Sky”), Mama (“Seedlings”), Kato (“Mimino”), Mama (“Carlos Spaniard’s Diary”).

It was engaging from the faces created by the actor: Kindergarten teacher (“Monday Acceptance Day”), Lali (“The Blue Mountains, or Unbelievable Story”), Angustias (“Bernarda Alba’s House”), Stepmother (“The White Rose of Immortality”), Commissioner (“The Wall”), Mokris (“Cut”), and others.

He also contributed his worthy contribution to the international success of the movie Monaniabi by portraying the role of Ketevan Barteli.

Zeinab Botsvadze was awarded the Honorary Title of Honored Artist of Georgia in 1981. In 1997, he was awarded the award of the Independent Academy of Georgian Cinema “NATO” for his creative activity (after his death).
