Georgia: The member of parliament of Georgia, David Songhulashvili spoke at the meeting of the Parliament of Finance and Budget, Field Economy and Economic Policy, Agrarian Issues, Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources and Regional Policy and Self-Government Committees.
David Songhulashvili said, “During this period, we have worked on several important legislative initiatives aimed at organizing various sectoral activities, as well as legislative provision of economic reforms”
David Songulashvili, candidate for the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of the Eleventh Parliament of Georgia mentioned, “It was a great honor for me to work with my colleagues on the challenges of legislative work in this historic building.” However, of course, the presentation of my candidacy by the Prime Minister for the position of Minister of Environment and Agriculture gives me a special responsibility and I am ready to devote all my strength, energy and experience to the development of this field.”
In summarizing his four years of work within the Committee on Field Economy and Economic Policy, Songhulashvili noted the importance of the legislative initiatives developed to regulate sectoral activities and facilitate economic reforms.
He emphasized the Committee’s commitment to dialogue and collaboration with the private sector, international organizations, and other economic representatives, focusing on addressing the country’s economic challenges.
David Songulashvili thanked the committee members – for their fruitful work, the committee apparatus – for showing high competence and responsibility.
