Dusheti: A prominent youth organization of Dusehti Municipality announced that it would host a career counselling session. The main objective of the seminar is to inform young people between the ages of 14 and 29 about various career opportunities in different fields.
The seminar will be held for three days from Tuesday to Thursday and the timing will be from 14:00 to 17:00. Young members who are interested in personal counselling can visit the youth center of Dusheti Municipality. However the option of online counselling can also be availed who cannot attend the session personally.
The Dusheti Youth Centre took to their social media handles to share this information with the interested person and gave an open invitation. The official Facebook post of the Dusheti Youth Centre says “Anyone who wants to switch careers or wants to explore a better opportunity in a new field can attend the career session.”
Career guidance will also provide training on preparing an impressive resume and clearing interviews. The Dusheti Youth Center’s Facebook page also has a link that interested people can use to register. The consultation session will also be free of cost for the young people living in the Dusheti Municipality.
It is worth mentioning that the career counselling at the proper time plays a crucial role in enhancing employment opportunities for students as well. It is mostly seen that in times of tough competition some tie students fail to select courses that match their capabilities. Due to wrong course choices students often face many problems in the job market.
Notably the wrong career choice can be a lifelong loss. The main organizer of the Dusheti Youth Center also added that our main aim is to make every student aware of the issues of the right career choice and how they can prepare themselves for the available job opportunities.
Meantime the social media users while reacting to the Facebook post also appreciated the initiative of Dusheti Youth Centre. They thanked the center for doing the work that may help the students in many different ways.
