Nana Kvitsiani, the director of the McDonald’s branch at the Zugdidi restaurant, won the prestigious Ray Kroc International Award. The award is given annually to McDonald’s restaurant directors for providing the best services to customers.
Nana Kvitsian joined as swing manager since the opening of a branch in 2025. She was promoted to the position of assistant director and then director in a few years due to his dedication to her profession . After his success, she stated, “When I joined the group I Never thought about this award. This is a very proud moment for me and my staff members. It is nice to see the inclusion in the 1% of worldwide managers.”
The award was introduced in memory of Ray Kroc of McDonald’s founder and rewarded the best manager worldwide who works to provide the best quality to customers. Kvitsian received the award in Barcelona at a grand event.
