Kutaisi: Almost thirty-five members of the EDEC (Education Development and Employment Centre) youth centre visited the Coca-Cola factory during a study visit. The visit was aimed at developing the youth center members’ entrepreneurship skills.
The EDEC shared the information in this regard on their social media handles. As per the official Facebook post of the youth center “The members of the center visit the Coca-Cola factory as a part of study visit.
Moreover during the visit 35 members had a unique opportunity to meet the businessman and founder of Coca-Cola Georgia, Mr. Temur Chkhonia and to hear a very interesting story about the birth of Coca-Cola in Georgia.”
It is worth mentioning that the study visit was full of surprises; youth center members learned about the journey of the Coca-Cola brand from its inception to the present day till the present day when it got its iconic status.
Members of the Youth Center were fascinated by the Coca-Cola Museum, which featured a stunning array of bottles, each telling its own story through different designs that commemorate special events.
One of these was the faces of the Georgian national football team on the bottles which is related to the 2024 European Championship and once again confirms the connection of the brand’s innovative culture with sports.
The youth center members were excited to see the vintage memories and learn the unique history from the start. They also captured the moments here on their mobile phones and camera phones.
Students also visited the museum where many photos depicted Coca-Cola’s rich history from its beginning. A representative of the company also briefed the students about the company.
They were apprised about management tips and how they can enter the world of entrepreneurship. The students also shared their wonderful experiences of the study visit. At the same time, the Education Development and Employment Center expressed its gratitude to the management of the Coca-Cola factory.
