Georgia: The Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Mariam Kvrivishvili, introduced the CEO of Georgian Post Ltd. “Georgia Post” Giorgi Eradze to the employees of the Ministry’s department.

The minister highlighted the importance of postal activity in Georgia, emphasizing the role of the company “Georgian Post” as the country’s traditional postal operator and a provider of universal services in this sector.
According to him, the company has been in the field of digital transformation in recent years – it has implemented a number of technological innovations that have helped significantly improve the types and quality of services. “The post office is a logistic ecosystem that combines services tailored to customer needs and technologically sound solutions,” noted Mariam Kvrivishvili.
At the meeting, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mariam Kvrivishvili, thanked the company’s former CEO for his hard work and also wished success to the new head of “Georgian Post” in future activities.
The Director General of Georgian Post has an academic degree in International Law, holds international certificates in Truck Safety Management System, Information and Aviation Security, Hospitality and Tourism Management.
LLC “Georgian Post” is a 100 percent state-owned company. It is the largest postal organization in the country, with the largest network of service centers. It is the country’s leading postal operator, which provides its customers with universal postal services.
It is worth noting that Giorgi Eradze previously served as Director General of the private logistics company Space Cargo, which provides air logistics services. Founded in 2018, Space Cargo reported annual revenue of 9.6 million GEL and profit of 1.3 million GEL in 2023. The company is fully owned by Teona Kobalia.
