As a result of the operational-search and investigation measures conducted by the Anti-Corruption Agency of the State Security Service, the facts of fraudulent embezzlement of large quantities of state-owned funds and fraudulently embezzled large quantities of state funds were established.
On the basis of the judge’s verdict, five persons were arrested: four directors of the enterprise entity and its subcontracting companies, and one employee of the company.
An investigation has been conducted that in 2023-2026 years “Aladashvili & co” Ltd. and c. In total, 12 contracts have been signed between the directors of Isni, Chughureti, Mtatsminda, and Krtsanisi districts of Tbilisi, which will concern the state procurement of free dining services for citizens with severe social conditions, with a total cost of 26 513 573 GEL.
The director of “Aladashvili & co” Ltd. gave four out of 22 dining rooms to subcontractor companies under the terms of contracts signed with the boards: “Gid” Ltd, “Bade” Ltd., and “Alioni” Ltd.
The investigation shows that the director of “Aladashvili & co” LLC, together with these companies, served 14,451 beneficiaries in the period of the contracts, 2024 2025, 2026, daily, and performed their duties unreliably.
Specifically, by falsifying the acts of receiving and remittance of products, from 18 909 104 GEL received from departments, they fraudulently seized a large amount of money belonging to the state, 3 529 000 GEL.
Investigation related to this action is underway under Article 180, third part “B” sub-section and 25, third part “B”, sub-section 25, 180, which provides for imprisonment for 6 to 9 years.
