Georgia: The Inter-agency headquarters training “Didgori 2025” ended with awards to representatives of participating agencies on Monday, November 24, 2025.
The Ministry of Defense of Georgia shared the glimpses of the event on its official Facebook Page on November 24. The Ministry also shared a small note about the meeting along with its glimpses.
The closing event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Defense Paata Patiashvili, Commander of Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Giorgi Matiashvili, Defense Forces Officer Corps, and representatives of various government agencies.
The Head of “Didgori 2025” – Deputy Commander of Defense Forces, Major General Johnny Tatunashvili, positively assessed the training and thanked the participants for successful completion of the training.
During the event, representatives of the training institutions and military personnel were awarded medals, plaques, coins, and certificates.
The training included headquarters and field components. Circumstances were developing according to a predetermined imitation scenario. The stable component was placed in the center of the simulation, connectivity and information systems in Krtsanis, from where the participants observed the field component.
For the first time this year, the National Agency of Military Challenge and Recruitment of the National Agency of the Armed Forces of Ukraine participated in the “Didgori” training, which, within the scope of its competence, played the mobilization reserve-related events such as the message of the reserve, calling, and leading to the meeting points.
The “Didgori 2025” training aims to refine the coordination and interaction between government agencies in times of crisis, emergency, and war situations.
About 5000 representatives of state agencies participated in “Didgori 2025”. The headquarters were opened in 25 locations across Georgia, teaching included 29 field components.
