Moreover the amount of sanction has been increased and also provides for a fine of 500 to 2000 Gel. At the same time in case the damage caused to the environment exceeds the amount of 1000 Gel the case will be classified as a criminal case.
This was also cleared by the ministry that from now onwards the this can only be obtained from privately owned seedlings agency and artificial plantations based on a relevant notification issued by a local government.
