Georgia: To promote students, the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia started receiving electronic applications within the social program.
In order to be funded by a state scholarship, students enrolled in accredited educational programs under the social program will be able to submit electronic applications for a Bachelor’s Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree in Teacher Training, an Integrated Master’s Degree in Veterinary, and a Diploma in Medicine/Dentistry.
Announcements will be accepted from September 8 to September 29, 2025, electronically, only based on online registration, at: http://socreg.mes.gov.ge
The Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia will finance 16 categories of students within the social program:
- Graduates of schools in high-altitude villages;
 - Students from occupied territories;
 - For territorial integrity, children of those who died as a result of combat, veterans with severe/significantly expressed disabilities, or their children;
 - Orphan (motherless) students;
 - Family members with many children (4 or more children), students with the status of parents with many children;
 - Socially vulnerable students (with a family rating score of 70000 and below);
 - Students who were under state care;
 - Graduates of Azerbaijani-language schools;
 - Graduates of Armenian schools;
 - Students who had obtained repatriant status;
 - Graduates of schools in villages near the line dividing the occupied territories;
 - Students with disabilities;
 - Persons with autism spectrum disorder;
 - Children of the military personnel of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia who died in international peace and security maintenance and recovery operations or other types of peacekeeping and security operations, or as a result of health injuries sustained in these missions, are subject to severe/significantly expressed disability status as a result of peacekeeping and safety maintenance operations. Have mouths or their children;
 - In the system of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia, the children of the military servicemen who died in the line of duty;
 - Persons who were studying in Georgian General Educational Institutions were the beneficiaries of the “Promoting inclusive learning” program implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth, “Second Opportunity for Education with Social Inclusion” subprogramme, as Bosha Adolescents.
