Georgia: The condition of the paraglider who survived in Gudauri is currently stable. He underwent emergency surgery and, as they say, will not need surgery in the future.
32-year-old Nugzar Razmadze is placed in the first university clinic. As it turns out, he has a concussion and damaged limbs.
“At the moment, the patient’s condition is stable; he underwent emergency surgery yesterday, and he is under observation in the surgical department. He does not require additional surgical intervention at this stage,” says Levan Russian, director of the formula clinic.
The second passenger of the paraglider, who died when he fell into the ravine, is a Pakistani citizen. His wife, Sharil Moral Thiman, says that until now, no one has contacted her, and no one has provided information about her husband’s death from official agencies.
In the vicinity of Gudauri, during a paragliding flight, two persons fell on a rocky slope. A helicopter belonging to the border police was involved in the rescue operation, which lost control and crashed during the event.
As a result, all eight people in the helicopter died.

Rescue and search operations continued for several hours at the scene of the accident. At the moment, the bodies of those who died as a result of the tragedy have been laid to rest.
