The Special Investigation Service agency of Georgia has arrested one person for violating the privacy of private life. The accused threatened to viral the secretary shooted videos and images of the victim.
It is to be specifically mentioned that a person (accused) born in 1978 has been arrested by the staff of the Special Investigation Service on the fact of violating the secrets of privacy.
It is to be worth mentioning that an investigation into the case found that the accused had a love affair with a married woman. During the love affairs the accused in 2023 secretly recorded a video of the victim on a mobile phone during sex at the hotel.
After the relationship ended in January 2024 the accused asked the victim to restore the relationship otherwise threatened to viral the secretly captured footage of their sexual relationship to relatives of the victim of the crime.
It is to be added that the accused also raided the victim woman into her overnight home and tried to enter while the children and other family members of the victim were in the house.
After receiving the information of the reported crimes the Western Georgia authorities of the Special Investigation Service conducted an emergency investigation after the treatment of a victim woman after which the accused was arrested.
The initial investigation found the accused guilty. Now the investigation agencies will produce evidence in the court of law so that the accused be rigorously imprisoned.
It is also to be added that during her personal investigation a video containing intimate content was seen on her mobile phone. The detainee was has been sent to prison as a measure of preventation.
The Special Investigation Service continues to actively fight to uncover the facts of case and expose the guilty. The official representative said that all the evidence will be produced before the court of law to ensure the fast trial of the accused and the punishment.
They also said that every effort would be made to make the country safe for women so that they could feel free to live their lives without fear or danger.
