Georgia: The Finance Minister of Georgia, Lasha Khutsishvili, met Max Lemmy, the Chief Executive Officer of Oppenheimer, one of the world’s largest investment banks.
The Ministry of Finance of Georgia shared the glimpses of the meeting on its official Facebook Page on March 24, 2026, Tuesday. The Ministry also shared a small note about the meeting along with its glimpses.
At the meeting, the discussion touched on the development of the Georgian capital market, and the prospects of possible cooperation with the company were discussed. It is noteworthy that Oppenheimer is actively involved in the process of placing bonds by the Georgian private sector in international capital markets.
The meeting was attended by First Deputy Minister of Finance Giorgi Kakauridze, Deputy Minister Ekaterine Guntsadze, and Head of State Debt Management Department Irakli Kacharava.
