The prominent civil organization of Georgia “youth agency” announced the grant competition. This grant campaign aims to encourage youth activists in the various regions of the country by providing them the financial assistance.
The agency shared this information on its official Facebook page. The Facebook post stated, “Another opportunity to support youth initiatives in the region, the purpose of the grant competition is to empower youth organizations, initiative groups, and young people, to participate in youth policy implementation, to create quality services, and to ensure their access to them.”
Additionally, the post also stated that all the residents of the region have the right to present a grant project for participation in this competition. A group of youth members or an individual can participate in this competition with their projects. The total amount which has been reserved for the competition is 600000 GEL. Moreover the grant amount for one project maximum will be 15000 GEL.
It is to be specifically mentioned that the application to join the competition will be accepted every month from 13 to 25 May. It can be submitted through the online mode. The organizer of the competition said that youth have great potential for the development of the country. The grant competition will make them financially stale so that they can work without facing any financial hardship in the future. They further asserted that the agency is always committed to encouraging the youth by providing them the opportunity to prove their talent that can be useful for the country.
