Georgia: Alexander Tsuladze, Minister of Education, Science and Youth, recently held a meeting with the former representative of Georgian Youth, Nodar Bokeria and the newly elected representative, Ilia Mushkuduani.
The meeting was held in the United Nations to appreciate the former representative for a successful term and to welcome the new representative.
Minister Tsuladze appreciated Nodar Bokeria for his contributions to the country during his term and wished Ilia Mushkuduani for a successful term.
It is to be noted that Nodar Bokeria was the winner of the Youth Agency’s grant competition called “Georgian Youth Representative to the UN”.
Minister Alexander Tsuladze further stated during the meeting that the Ministry of Education is implementing several new projects to strengthen the capabilities of the youth and to encourage them to find their full potential.
Moreover, the meeting was also attended by the acting head of the Youth Agency, Vakhtang Baakashvili.

Annual Grant Competition
Furthermore, the SP Youth Agency announces an annual grant competition, “Representative of Georgian Youth in the United Nations”. This competition is implemented as part of the “Young Delegates in the United Nations” program.
The project features the youth from around the world, as it aims to inform them about the UN’s sustainable development goals and other international processes underway at the UN.
One of the tasks of the competition is to know the challenges that the youth face when working, and protect the interests of young people living in Georgia in the UN agenda.
The SP Youth Agency sponsors grant competitions granting the youth of Georgia a chance to showcase their talents. They encourage talented youth to work at their full potential.
The Organization is specialized in socio-educational development of youth and has funds of 50000-100000 USD.
