The Georgian National Tourism Administration has launched a travel portal and a visitor feedback platform to enhance engagement and assistance delivery. The Ministry announced this on Friday’s Official Facebook Page On October 25, 2024.
The Administration said the travel portal and the visitor feedback platform were designed to boost the country’s compelling presentation of tourism services.
The Administration also mentioned that it will allow visitors to discover, utilize, and review various tourist services quickly. For businesses in the private sector, the portal offers a streamlined way to showcase their offerings, generate new orders, and analyze vital statistical data. “
The body added that representatives of the Travel industry may register their facilities and services on the platform through a straightforward registration process, ensuring wide exposure for their businesses.
The visitor feedback platform is accessible via a QR code. It also enables domestic and international travelers to share their travel experiences through a specialized questionnaire.
According to the Tourism Ministry, this immediate feedback mechanism allows travelers to voice their opinions and ensures that their concerns are addressed where necessary.
The post also says that the data collected from electronic questionnaires will be analyzed to identify trends, gauge service levels, and respond to the evolving needs of tourists nationwide.
The Ministry said the feedback platform was a tool for processing visitor insights, allowing for timely identification of this type of issues and developing “effective strategies to enhance the overall travel experience.”
