Madrid, Spain: The Georgian National Tourism Administration, the National Wine Agency, and popular chefs from the country are presenting national cuisine and culinary traditions at the Madrid Fusion, Which will be held from January 29-31 in the capital of Spain.
It is noteworthy that, Madrid Fusion is one of the world’s most influential gastronomy congresses in the Spanish capital.
The Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) shared glimpses of the event on its official Facebook Page on January 29, 2025, as the event began yesterday.
According to the information shared by the administration, it should be noted that Georgia will participate in Madrid Fusion 2025, as a guest participant. It should also be noted that Georgia will showcase Georgian cuisine, wine, and tourist products during the event.
The Georgian Cuisine will get the opportunity to earn fame as the Visitors and culinary professionals will familiarize themselves with the rich culinary offerings of Georgia.
The Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) will host additional thematic sessions featuring masterclasses on preparing Georgian dishes and tastings of three types of Georgian wine on the main stage.
It should be noted that Georgia will be represented by four chefs – Guram Baghdoshvili, Davit Narimanishvili, Daduna Ghlonti, and Irakli Todadze. They are hosting master Guram Baghdoshvili classes to introduce international culinary experts to “unique aspects” of Georgian cuisine. The master classes for Georgian dishes and wine tasting will be held for three days, twice a day at the fair.

Madrid Fusion has a 22-year history, with more than 25,000 visitors from over 50 countries and more than 1,800 professionals participating in the event.
