Georgia: The Georgian weather department has released another report on the expected weather. The report covers the weather for the next four days from April 18 to 21, 2025.
According to the latest weather report in the forthcoming days due to the high temperature in Georgia, short rain and lightning are expected in some places. Short rain is expected in a separate district of Eastern Georgia until April 22.
The Capital City Tbilisi could experience slight rain with lightning. In coastal areas which include the cities of Batumi, Kobuleti, Anaklia, and Poti short rain with lightning is expected. The air temperature during the day will fluctuate between +22, and +24 degrees.
At the same time, mild rain with lightning can occur in the plain regions of Western Georgia, like Zestafoni, Kutaisi, Samtredia, Zugdidi, Martvili, and Ozurgeti. The air temperature during the day will be +24, and +26 degrees in these areas as well.Â
In the mountainous regions of Western Georgia, Ambrolauri, Oni, Tsageri, Shovi, Chiathura, Sachkhere, Khulo, and Ricoti Pass, on April 18-19 warm and unstable weather is expected, and on April 20-21 some will rain. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +24, +26 degrees.
Similar to other mountainous regions of Western Georgia like Mestia and Bakhmaro, warm and cloudy weather is expected. As per the latest report,  the air temperature during the day will be +13, +18 degrees.
In the Kartli region’s area of Rustavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Gori, and Tskhinvali short rain with lightning is expected. The air temperature during the day will be +16, +21 degrees.
The Georgian weather department also stated that Kakheti will also experience the same kind of weather in the upcoming days. Some short rain is expected. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +15, +20 degrees.
Notably, in the mountainous regions of Eastern Georgia like Akhaltsikhe, Borjomi, Dusheti, Tianeti, and Pasanauri, some short rains are expected. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +15, +20 degrees.
The highland regions of Eastern Georgia like Akhalkalaki, Tsalka, Bakuriani, Gudauri, and Omalo will experience short rains. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +8, +13 degrees.
