Tbilisi: The newly elected foreign Minister of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili met her counterpart from Austria. The leaders from both sides met at OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe).
The foreign minister from both sides have discuss various issues with special focus in initiative which are necessary for strong bilateral relation between both countries and maximum sector of cooperation.
As per the sources during discussion both sides underlined that step necessary for upliftment and strengthening of bilateral relation in near future as well. These statement of Georgian foreign Minister in this regard was issues by foreign ministry of Georgia.
It is worth to mention that as per this information, Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili and Alexander Schallenberg, the Austrian Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, interacted with each other hand hold a bring talk to keep “friendly relations” and “close cooperation” between republic of Georgia and Austria.
It is also to be noted that both these countries have strong bilateral relations, now minister also discuss how they can improve existing relations between Georgia and Austria. This significant meeting between them was held at the sideline of 31st session of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe Ministerial Council which is going on in Malta.
The current situation of Georgia also found mention in this meeting also. Botchorishvili, underlined further that Georgian government is committed for overall development of country. He further said we are monitoring the bilateral relation between both the countries as well.
Botchorishvili while speaking further on the issues also revealed before her counterpart from Austria that October 26 election of Georgia were conducted with maximum transparency. She said the baseless allegation are being hurled at ruling party of Georgia without any solid evidence.
On the other hand the security environment in the region was deeply discussed by both the sides as well. The foreign Minister of Georgia further also provide latest information to Schallenberg while devoting special attention Georgia’s Russian-occupied territories.
Notably , at the end of event, Georgia side under foreign minister expressed his gratitude towards the Austria for intonation support for Georgia.
