The hospital operates a perinatal center of the second-third level, which includes an obstetric-gynecological service and provides a full range of intensive care for newborns. The  hospital provides a 24-hour pediatric emergency service to the region’s population.

The hospital’s staff and management welcomed the minister for her esteemed presence. On occasion   a dedicated presentation was given about the facilities being provided in the hospital for the people present.
