Tbilisi, Georgia:Â On the initiative of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, SP Youth Agency, Tbilisi Municipality City Hall and Association of Georgian Student Organizations, a large-scale youth festival will be held from March to June 2024.
One of the most important components of the festival is the implementation of the project/social campaign by the students, which is based on voluntary initiatives.
The event is a unique opportunity for university students to offer innovative, community-friendly ideas aimed at solving everyday social challenges.
One team consisting of more than ten university students will have the opportunity to work on the project, implement it, and compete against other universities.
One team will be selected as the winner on June 7, 2024, at the end of the festival.
The terms for implementing the voluntary component are as follows:
- 1-20 April teams filling out the project application form and sending it to the university;
- April 20-25 – Processing of applications by the university
- (According to internal university statements, the university itself should ensure their rescue and apply to the festival organizing committee only one selected team working on the voluntary project no later than April 25.)
- April 25 – Submission of selected application for the festival’s organizing team.
- (Attach a letter of consent to the selected application stating the active status of all students in the university and your willingness to participate in the competition on behalf of your university).
- April 26 – June 5 – Campaign implementation by the University team.
The organizing team of the festival provides:
- Marketing / visual materials for an implemented project;
- Mentoring guidance at every step, providing support in project idea development, writing and implementation;
- Several stages of preparation training.
