It is to be specifically mentioned that the firm Feliciana EFL Ltd has transferred its shares to the company Blue Ocean Partners II Limited. The company Blue Ocean Partners 2 is owned by Mikheil Lomtadze.
After striking the deal with the billionaire the club publishes the information about this on their official website to apprise the public about this decision. It is also worth mentioning that the Georgian billionaire Lomtadze joined the board of directors of the club together with Eduard Vishniakov and Dan Rice.
After the historic success, Mikheil Lomtadze stated “I am honored to be given this wonderful opportunity. I will do my best to take the club forward and will make the Wycombe Wanderers’ successful future journey successful. We have the main objective to achieve long-term success both on and off the pitch with the establishment of a financially sustainable club.”

We believe in the development of young people and this is the vision of the club.” It is to be underlined that Mikheil Lomtadze is the head of the management board of the Kazakh financial technology company Kaspi.kz. Moreover, he is also the owner of Kaspi Bank, and his name is reflected in the Bloomberg and Forbes list of billionaires.
Presently Lomtadze is in the 532nd position in the ranking of Forbes billionaires in the world. His property was 5.7 billion dollars in 2021. On the other hand when he entered the Forbes list his property was 3.2 billion dollars.
