Adjara: Jemal Surmanidze, Deputy Minister of Education, Culture, and Sports of Adjara visited school construction sites od schools in Kobuleti Municipality. He was accompanied by many other ministry’s officials and representatives.

The Minister with his delegation visited the infrastructure projects for the public schools of Kobuleti municipality, which are being constructed to upgrade the municipality’s education facilities.
According to the information the construction of the assembly hall of Alambri Public School has been completed. This will facilitate a large number of students of the Municipality and its surrounding areas.
At the same time in the direction of upgrading the infrastructure, the complete rehabilitation of the Sachino public school building has been completed and the construction of the gymnasium is underway. The officials of the construction company said that the remaining work will be completed very soon.
Similarly rehabilitation works are underway at Jikhanjuri and Ackhvistavi public schools and various rehabilitation works are also underway at Gorgadze public schools.
The rehabilitation of Akaki Tsereteli N1 public school in Kobuleti has started. Within the framework of this project the facade will be completely covered with facade tiles and the windows will be replaced.
In the current year the construction of one school (Khutsubani school), the complete rehabilitation of one school (Buknari school) and the partial rehabilitation of seven schools have already been completed in Kobuleti municipality.
On this occasion the minister also underlined the various projects in this direction that the ministry will complete to upgrade the school infrastructure. Minister during his visit personally inspected the rooms of schools and appreciated the construction company’s work. He added that there will no dearth of funds for project.
Similarly, the official of the construction company provided detailed information to the Minister. According to them every effort is being made to complete the work within the time limit.
