As the whole country celebrated the arrival of the new year, Kakha Kaladze the mayor of the capital city, Tbilisi, addressed the new year concert, which was held at First Republic Square.
During his address, the mayor stated that “ I would like to thank in 2023 for the success that our country and our beautiful capital had. The mayor of the capital addressed the people of Tbilisi from the concert stage and congratulated him on the New Year.
“Congratulations to all of you on the arrival of 2024”.
I would like to also congratulate our compatriots on emigration.
On today’s night, around the world, people unite around one desire for peace in countries and prosperity in families.
Mayor Kakha Kaladze also added that few days ago we have passed the previous year. I would like to thank that year of 2023 for the success that our country and our beautiful capital have had in the last year.
Behind all success is the work of many people. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who with their work and their creativity, achieved sports success and, even with their daily professional, honest work, have advanced Georgia and beautified our capital. There is nothing greater happiness than making people happy and creating a better environment with your work and your daily steps.
Mayor Kakha Kaladze further said that “I would like to congratulate and thank all those people who carry out their professional activities and serve this country and the people living in it”.
Georgia received the merited EU candidate country status and congratulations once again, friends! I congratulate all of Georgia. Of course, this is the merit of the citizens of our country and the team called “Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia”.
I also want to congratulate our compatriots who are in exile and wish them to return home to Europe soon, said Kakha Kaladze.
According to the mayor, the year 2024 will bring more joy and victories to our country and make the lives of everyone more successful.
