The General Manager Mrs. Tea Zakaradze and another representative of the Tbilisi and Batumi international airports attended the ITB BERLIN ,2024 being held in Berlin. This is their participation in the world’s largest tourist exhibition – ITB BERLIN 2024.
It is to be specifically mentioned that Tea Zakaradze general manager of two Georgian international airports is holding talks with the manager and key persons of the largest airlines of the world who are participating in the exhibition within the event.
On this occasion the representatives of the tourism industry had the opportunity to get detailed information on the services offered by Tbilisi and Batumi International Airports at the company stand. They can also get information on what new services will be provided by both airports in the future as well.
Notably at this year ITB BERLIN more than 400 speakers and more than 24000 aviation sector experts will participate for three days and discuss challenges facing global tourism and aviation sector.
Mrs. Tea Zakaradze, the general manager of the two international airports in Georgia within the framework of the event also held talks with the leaders of major airlines participating in the exhibition about the beginning of new flights to Georgia.He also invited the management of International airlines to start their operation in Georgia.
This is an international event held to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the sector of air travel. The experts of the aviation industry also shared their views to find solutions to common problems. The manager of Tbilisi and Batumi International Airport stated that a large number of attendees show interest in the Georgian Airlines stand.
He also said that the Georgian government is making many efforts for the development of the aviation sector of the country. Moreover the expanding tourism of Georgia is also attracting a large number of tourists to the country.
This inflow of international tourists has a great opportunity for all the airlines to expand their business in Georgia.
