This year at the conference, rectors, deans, professors, researchers, doctoral students, and practitioners from the NISPAcee region visited Georgia to attend the meeting.

On this momentous occasion  attendees were honored to have a  presentation by the esteemed Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for digital development, digital transformations and digitization and Kateryna Chernohorenko, who shared her insights within the main topic of the conference.

The main  theme of the 2024 NISPAcee Annual Conference is  “ post-conflict reconstruction.”   There will be a wide discussion of the changing perspectives on the role of public governance and administration in this process.

On the other hand the conference will assess the experience of state building over the decades. Furthermore it will review and compare some of the best practices for reconstruction, digitalization, and artificial intelligence, thus bringing together relevant theoretical and practical approaches to post-conflict management and administration. This approach will be adopted in both the Central and Eastern European regions and beyond the region.
