Each step taken is directed towards the development of the country and to return Georgia to the European family where it belongs as soon as possible. It is worth noting that the European Commission’s positive recommendation on candidate status for EU membership highlights positive results in environmental protection and rural and agricultural development in Georgia.

It is worth mentioning that the Achievements of Georgia are reflected in the report of the European Commission. The first Deputy Minister focused on the results of air quality improvements, carbon emissions reduction in the industrial and transport sectors, progress made in the development of the forest sector, water resources management of the country, and laws on industrial emissions.
