“Now it isn’t time for Ukraine to negotiate”,says Melinda Haring

According to her, the Ukrainian military has been in dire need of the high-precision, long-range weapons that are actually capable of targeting the launch sites that Russia has set up in the Russian as well as the Belarusian territory before Russia strikes the Ukrainian cities.

Recently, the sources reported that the Russian army has been retreating from Kherson, and Ukraine is already in a much better position to be pushed to the negotiations table.

The strategically significant cities of Kherson and Kharkiv have already been witnessing the Russian army’s withdrawal from the region, which has become symbolic of the Ukrainian triumph over the territories.

The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, has announced that he wouldn’t be attending the G20 summit that would be held the following week in Bali. In his absence, the Russian delegation would be headed by its foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov.
