Georgia: The First Deputy Head of the Personal Data Protection Service (PDPS) , Otar Chakhunashvili, participated in the planned event within the framework of the development of the National Maritime Single Window System (NMSW).
The event was attended by the parties involved in the process of digitization of port services: representatives of Maritime Transport Agency, Ports of Georgia, Terminal-Operators, Ship’s Agents, Revenue Service, Hydrography, National Environmental Protection Agency and Border Police.
During the meeting, Otar Chakhunashvili introduced the important news provided by the new law to the audience. The senior lawyer of the Office of the Head of Service, Lika Taniashvili, presented a detailed presentation on legislative changes.
