The Dean of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences at David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia, Paata Kunchulia, has appointed Geno Morchiladze as Head of Administration Service of Ozurgeti City Hall and Natalia Khomerik as Head of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth Service.
Paata Kunchulia shared the details about this on his official Facebook Page on December 8, 2025, Tuesday. He noted that Geno Morchiladze and Natalia Khomerik are distinguished by their professionalism, and they were chosen for the mentioned positions.
Geno Morchiladze’s career includes many years of experience in both public and private sectors. He is a Master of Laws and an Academic Doctor of Public Administration.
Furthermore, it should be noted that Geno Morchiladze is an academician of the Academy of Social Sciences of Georgia and the Academy of Law Sciences of Georgia. He is responsible and distinguished by his managerial qualities.
“Natalia Khomerik is not only professional in her work, but she will also make our city colorful. Ms. Natalia graduated from the Faculty of Law. He was the artistic director of the Cultural Center, and then in the public service,” noted the head of the cultural department.
According to him, Natalia has been working in the public service since 2014, in various positions. He has 20 years of work experience in the field of culture and will start working as the Head of Education, Culture, Sports, and Youth Services.
He wished them a fruitful work in their new positions and more good for our city. “My deputies Beka Chkhikvishvili, Guram Goliadze, Sopho Ramishvili, and the staff of the City Hall attended the presentation of Geno Morchiladze and Natalia Khomeriki,” Paata Kunchulia added in his speech.
