The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze met the newly appointed ambassadors to the
USA and Hungary, as well as the new permanent representative of Georgia in the Council of Europe. The meeting was held on June 20, 2025, Friday.

According to the glimpses shared by the
Georgian PM, it should be noted that Tamar Taliashvili on the post of emergency and plenipotentiary ambassador of Georgia in the USA, Nikoloz Laliashvili in Hungary, and Khatia Tsilosani was appointed as permanent representative of Georgia in the Council of Europe.
At the meeting held in the government administration, he congratulated the diplomats on starting their missions and wished them success.
Tamar Taliashvili has many years of experience in diplomatic service, public sector, and academic work. She has been holding the position of permanent representative of Georgia to the Council of Europe since 2022.
He has been granted the diplomatic rank of emergency and plenipotentiary Despan. Tamar Taliashvili was a member of the Parliament of Georgia and the City Council.
Nikoloz Laliashvili held the position of emergency and plenipotentiary ambassador of Georgia in the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has many years of experience working in the public sector, including working in the Ministry of Defense of Georgia and the Security Council, and he was also a member of Parliament.
Khatia Tsilosani was a member of the
Parliament of Georgia and has experience working in international organizations. During various years, he worked in leading positions in the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture, including being a Deputy Minister.
