Philip J Pierre the Prime Minister of small caribbean nation Saint Lucia congratulated the individuals who recently received the Order of Saint Lucia and Public Services Long Service Awards.
An award distribution event was held on March 17 . This event is also called “𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲”.A total of forty people who made exceptional contributions in different fields were given these awards as recognition for their unique services on this occasion.
The award is a reflection of the government’s recognition of the extraordinary and unique work of individual citizens of Saint Lucia. This also serves as a motivation for these people to work with more dedication.
Moreover the recognition of these people’s work also motivates others to make efforts for the betterment of society by contributing to a particular field of public life.
PM Pierre also took to his social media handles to congratulate the recipients of this highest award in the country. At the same time PM Pierre posted in his Facebook post that “Let me join the occasion to congratulate and extend the best wishes to the recipients of the prestigious order of Saint Lucia and Public Services Long Service Award”.
He also added that “By the way of honoring the work of these remarkable individuals for the exceptional world, we also celebrate their extraordinary achievements and acknowledge the huge impact they have had on our society”.
“Their relentless pursuit of excellence serves as an inspiration to all other citizens of Saint Lucia, encouraging them to strive for greatness and to contribute positively to the development of our nation” PM added.
On the other hand, social media users while reacting to the Facebook post of PM also commented and congratulated these awardees.
Felix Moses commented “Congratulations to all the recipients! Thanks for great works in this Country!!”, another user Younes Dirhoussi wrote in a comment “Congratulations to all recipients. You deserve this prestigious distinction”. Similarly many other social media users also extended their best wishes while congratulating them.
